Lisa Chang, MSW, Deputy Director of United Women of Color, has spent over 20 years working in development, community engagement, and management for advocacy, arts, and faith-based nonprofits. With a unique background in social work and engineering, Lisa brings expert relationship management and a data-driven approach that is rooted in anti-racism and anti-oppression.
